Rookie Lifeguards

We run our Rookie Lifeguards in conjunction with the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS). Rookies are taught survival and rescue skills as well as a variety of tows such as in the video on the left.

The emphasis on teamwork and peer support is a vital part of the training. Rookies are also introduced to cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). We have an amazing retention rate with our Rookies as Jennie is a fantastic teacher and we are sure your child will enjoy our courses.
